Croatian Copyright Agency represents foreign authors of written works when concluding publishing and theatrical contracts. After the Agency receives from the user a request for the usage of a foreign author's work, the entire correspondence with the foreign author or his/her representative, proceeds through our Agency. Although the author's fees in these cases are expressed in foreign currencies, the invoices issued by the Agency are in the Croatian currency, increased by the fee and transfer expenses that are part of Agency's regular business activities with foreign countries.. 

Likewise, Croatian Copyright Agency represents domestic authors abroad on the basis of a signed power of attorney regulating terms and conditions under which an author or a right holder agrees to allow the usage of his copyright work.
