In the view of the above, Croatian Copyright Agency – Intellectual Property Center provides the following services on a regular basis:

(i)                  negotiation and mediation in closing copyright agreements;

(ii)                drafting individual copyright licensing, co-authorship and cooperation agreements, collecting all the relevant documentation in connection with the regulation of copyright issues;

(iii)               legal consulting in respect of the Copyright Law as well as compulsory tax regulations and related remuneration deriving from the copyright;

(iv)              resolving issues pertaining to whether the relevant work falls within copyright classification;

(v)                calculation and copyright remuneration payment;

(vi)              payment of all legally prescribed tax obligations;

(vii)             obtaining certificates from the Croatian Tax Authority to avoid double taxation;

(viii)           international transfer of copyright remuneration  for foreign authors;

(ix)              complete specification of copyright fees;

(x)                annual certificates provision in connection with the copyright remuneration and settled tax obligations;

(xi)              storage of copyright and other intellectual property as additional evidence of authorship;

(xii)             software source code escrow services
